Sound familiar?
- Every platform claims credit for the same sale.
- The agency says it’s working. Finance isn’t sure.
- Budget moves on whichever dashboard is loudest.
Attribution can’t tell you what would have happened without the ads. Only a test can.

If the new channel returns 2.4× instead of 3.0×, the same move loses $3,500 a month. That’s why the range matters.

Questions teams ask.
Are we big enough to test?
It depends on volume. Google’s lift studies need around 1,000 conversions, and geo tests need enough regions and history. If you’re not there yet, we’ll say so and start elsewhere.
Do we have to turn ads off?
Only for a small set of regions or people, for a few weeks. The holdout is sized so the cost of learning is worth it.
Who owns it once it’s running?
You do. It’s built in your accounts, documented, with training for the people who run it. Ownership usually sits with your head of growth, with finance. We can keep running it with you, or step back.
How do we start?
Usually with a growth engine review: two to four weeks, a fixed fee credited to the build, and a plan that’s yours. If the job is already clear, we can scope the build directly.
