Each engagement is scoped individually, with the fee agreed upfront. If it follows a Discovery & Action Plan, the discovery fee is credited in full toward the project.
The action plan sets out the expected benefit for each change and the assumptions behind it. We agree the measures before launch and track them after, so the result is based on what actually happened.
You own the agreed deliverables, under the engagement terms. Third-party products stay under their own licenses and your accounts with those providers.
Before we start, we agree the access each workflow needs, the tools we’re approved to use and how your data must be handled. We work within that.
