Sound familiar?
- Production started with a missing approval, and nobody noticed until the run.
- The factory has three versions of the pack and asks which one is right.
- The test report exists, somewhere.
A gap found after the cut is a gap you pay for in fabric, freight or a late start.

- We build when
- The package is assembled by hand from files in several places, and gaps show up at the first run.

Questions teams ask.
Where does certificate evidence fit?
The package links test reports and certificates to the product and revision, so the importer or broker can find them. CPSC certificate eFiling for covered imports took effect on July 8, 2026. Whether a product is covered, and what its certificate says, stays with your compliance owner and broker.
Does a complete package mean the product is approved?
No. It means nothing known is missing and the right people have confirmed they have it. Your development lead signs the package, and the system never decides that a test passed.
Who owns it once it’s running?
You do. It’s built in your accounts, documented, with training for the people who run it. Ownership usually sits with your product development lead. We can keep running it with you, or step back.
How do we start?
Usually with a development review: two to four weeks, a fixed fee credited to the build, and a plan that’s yours. If the job is already clear, we can scope the build directly.
