Run a creator program that pays back.

Creators chosen on evidence, rights captured as posts go live, and every creator judged on what they actually sold.

Matched against Fernway’s past buyers

The shortlist, refreshed weekly. Your partnerships lead works from it.

Sound familiar?

  • Creators get picked from a spreadsheet of follower counts.
  • A post takes off, and nobody secured the rights to run it as an ad.
  • Renewals come down to who the team likes, not who sold.

Product, fees and hours go out every month, and nobody can say which creators earned them back.

Fernway’s fall launch, one season

  1. Forty creators, chosen on who buys.

Ranked by how many of their followers buy outerwear. Your team approves who to approach.

  2. Twenty-five seeded, nothing chased by hand.

Samples, codes and links go out, and follow-ups send on a schedule.

  3. Eighteen posted, rights signed first.

Paid-use rights, end dates and disclosure are logged before a post counts.

  4. Twelve cleared to run as ads.

The posts that did well with buyers are ready to boost the same week.

  5. The best post became the ad.

Maren’s post runs from her handle, bidding on what each order is worth.

We configure first
Shopify Collabs or your creator platform already handles links and payouts. We set that up properly before building anything.
We build when
Audience matching, rights tracking and profit per creator need your data joined across tools.

What a first build includes.

Built in your accounts, around your team. Scope, fee and baseline agreed before we start.

  1. 1Design
  2. 2Build
  3. 3Run it, or hand it over

We build

  • A creator shortlist ranked by audience match
  • Seeding, tracking and follow-up automation
  • A rights and disclosure register for every post
  • A creator scorecard and renewal review

We start from

  • Customer and order data
  • Past creator posts, codes and costs
  • Your Collabs or creator platform account

Questions teams ask.

Do we need a creator platform?

Not always. Shopify Collabs covers links and payouts for many brands. We add audience matching, rights and scoring on top, or work inside GRIN, Aspire or Later if you already use one.

Can you run outreach for us?

Yes. We can run the program month to month, or build it and train your team. The relationships stay yours either way.

How is disclosure handled?

It’s part of every brief and checked before a post counts. The material connection is recorded with each creator, in line with FTC endorsement guidance.

Who owns it once it’s running?

You do. It’s built in your accounts, documented, with training for the people who run it. Ownership usually sits with your head of growth or partnerships lead. We can keep running it with you, or step back.

How do we start?

Usually with a growth engine review: two to four weeks, a fixed fee credited to the build, and a plan that’s yours. If the job is already clear, we can scope the build directly.
