Show the full cost and delivery date before checkout.

Shoppers see when it arrives and what they’ll pay before they enter a card, on every route they can buy through.

Before payment · Navy M and a Care Kit
  • Delivery date in the cartFrom the 3PL cutoff
  • Total with shipping and tax
  • A reason when an option isn’t available
  • Duplicate-order guard

What the shopper sees before payment, and the guard that stops a double order.

Sound familiar?

  • Shoppers learn the shipping cost and the date at the last step.
  • Support gets “when will it arrive?” from people already in the cart.
  • A new buying route works for the jacket and breaks for the Care Kit.

Shoppers who meet a surprise at the last step often leave. The fix is usually small.

We configure first
Shopify’s checkout settings and its shipping-rate options come first. Checkout UI extensions need Shopify Plus, so we check your plan before designing around them.
We build when
The promise depends on your 3PL’s cutoffs, or on a buying route the platform doesn’t cover.

What a first build includes.

Built in your accounts, around your team. Scope, fee and baseline agreed before we start.

  1. 1Design
  2. 2Build
  3. 3Run it, or hand it over

We build

  • The delivery date and full cost shown before payment
  • A route test sheet using real baskets
  • An order-to-event reconciliation
  • A holdout readout in contribution

We start from

  • Checkout and shipping settings
  • 3PL cutoffs and carrier rates
  • Orders and analytics events

Questions teams ask.

Do we need Shopify Plus?

For custom changes inside checkout, usually. Checkout UI extensions are a Plus feature. The delivery date and the full cost can often go in the cart or on the product page without it.

What about checkout inside ChatGPT or Copilot?

Those routes behave differently. What one supports another may not, and measurement differs. We test your real basket on each and report what works.

Who owns it once it’s running?

You do. It’s built in your accounts, documented, with training for the people who run it. Ownership usually sits with your head of ecommerce, with operations. We can keep running it with you, or step back.

How do we start?

Usually with a conversion review: two to four weeks, a fixed fee credited to the build, and a plan that’s yours. If the job is already clear, we can scope the build directly.

Show the cost and the date early. Start with a conversion review.

We reply within one business day.
