# Answer the buying questions your product pages leave open.

The questions shoppers keep asking, answered on the page where they ask, from facts you’ve approved.

Search, chat and support, launch weeks

The gap report: what shoppers asked, how often, and which answer to fix first.

## Sound familiar?

- “Machine washable?” was asked 41 times, and the page never says.
- Reviews answer some questions and contradict others.
- Search, chat and support each hold a piece of what shoppers want to know.

Every unanswered question sends a shopper off to find out, or into a purchase they doubt and return.

## How it works. 4 steps, 4 stages.

- AI**2**
- Rules and automation**1**
- Your team**1**
- Approval

1. 1 Listen

    1. AI

        ### Group what shoppers ask

Search terms, chat questions and support tickets clustered, then compared with what each page answers.

2. 2 Draft

    1. AI

        ### Draft the answer from the source

Each answer cites the supplier spec or catalog field. Nothing without a source goes in.

3. 3 Approve

    1. Your team Approval

        ### Approve the wording

The category owner approves each answer, and holds anything a supplier hasn’t confirmed.

4. 4 Publish

    1. Rules and automation

        ### Publish to the page and the feeds

The answer goes on the page and into search and feeds from one source, and the question count is watched.

## What you get. Real work, every week.

Fix 052 Owner: category owner

Say it in the first screen: machine washable on cold.

Why

41 asks across search, chat and support

Fact

Machine washable on cold

Supplier spec, revision 2

Not claimed

Waterproof

The page fix, written for the category owner to approve.

Before it publishes

- The claim has a source Supplier spec
- The category owner approved the wording
- No claim the spec doesn’t make
- Same answer in search and feeds Feed update queued

The check before anything publishes, so a page never says more than the facts do.

## How you’ll know it’s working.

1. Questions left unanswered

Counted from search, chat and support against what each page says.

2. Contacts about the page

Support tickets asking what the page should have said.

3. Contribution per page visitor

Held out where traffic allows. A fact from the spec is a fix and ships without a test.

We configure first

Your theme’s product fields and any Q&A app may already have room for these answers. We use them before adding anything.

We build when

Facts live in several systems, and keeping them in step is the bigger problem.

## What a first build includes.

Built in your accounts, around your team. Scope, fee and baseline agreed before we start.

1. 1 Design
2. 2 Build
3. 3 Run it, or hand it over

### We build

- A report of questions the page leaves open
- Answers drafted from your approved facts
- An approval and publishing flow for pages and feeds
- A recurring check on new questions

### We start from

- Site search, chat and support data
- Supplier specs and catalog fields
- Theme access

Head of ecommerce, with category owners

Involves

- Ecommerce
- Catalog
- Customer service
- Design

## Questions teams ask.

Do these changes need an A/B test?

Usually not. Putting a fact from the supplier spec where shoppers ask for it is a fix, and it ships now. Larger layout changes we test, and we say when a test would take too long to read.

Where do the facts come from?

Your catalog and supplier specs. A fact with no source doesn’t get published, and we ask the supplier instead.

Who owns it once it’s running?

You do. It’s built in your accounts, documented, with training for the people who run it. Ownership usually sits with your head of ecommerce, with category owners. We can keep running it with you, or step back.

How do we start?

Usually with a conversion review: two to four weeks, a fixed fee credited to the build, and a plan that’s yours. If the job is already clear, we can scope the build directly.
