# Turn fit comments into the next revision.

Every fit comment checked against tolerance and tied to one revision, with a proposed fix your patternmaker approves.

## Sound familiar?

- Round three, and the same comment keeps coming back.
- Fit notes arrive as photos, emails and a call you weren’t on.
- Nobody can say whether a sample is out of tolerance or just not what someone pictured.

Each extra fit round costs a sample, freight and the calendar time to wait for the next one.

2. Days from fit comment to approved revision

3. Fit comments that come back

- FlexPLM
- Centric PLM

3D sampling

- CLO
- Browzwear

We configure first

Your tech-pack tool or PLM already holds the measurements. If you use CLO or Browzwear, we read from them and your pattern files stay where they are.

We build when

Fit comments and measurements sit in different places, and the same fix gets rediscovered.

## What a first build includes.

Built in your accounts, around your team. Scope, fee and baseline agreed before we start.

2. 2 Build
3. 3 Run it, or hand it over

### We build

- A fit-comment log tied to revision, size and point of measure
- Tolerance checks on every measured sample
- Proposed revisions for your patternmaker to approve
- A history of fixes by block and fabric

### We start from

- Tech packs with tolerances and grade rules
- Past fit notes and measurement sheets
- Patternmaker and factory contacts

## Questions teams ask.

Does it change our patterns?

No. It proposes a revision and the points it would change. The patternmaker approves or edits it, and the pattern files stay in your own system.

Do we need 3D simulation for this?

No. It works from measured samples. If you already use a 3D tool, it can feed the same checks.

Who owns it once it’s running?

You do. It’s built in your accounts, documented, with training for the people who run it. Ownership usually sits with your technical designer or development lead. We can keep running it with you, or step back.

How do we start?

Usually with a development review: two to four weeks, a fixed fee credited to the build, and a plan that’s yours. If the job is already clear, we can scope the build directly.
